Join us as we bring that raw, joyful, defiant energy to life — featuring hard-bop classics, deep-groove Messengers hits, and spirited improvisation inspired by Blakey’s legacy.
The Muse Jazz Collective is a new community of Bay Area Jazz lovers, musicians, and advocates seeking to awaken more beauty, love, and justice for the world through Jazz. We curate intimate concerts, jam sessions, and mentoring groups to engage new audiences with Jazz, educate people in American History through a Jazz-lens, and empower people to advocate for beauty, love, and justice in everyday life.
