Caller ID Warning Alerts Change In Contra Costa County
Calls no longer come from 000-000-0000. Residents advised to update their phones.
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA — The Contra Costa County Community Warning System has changed its Caller ID used to issue alerts, and residents are reminded to update their phones so the messages do not land in "spam" or are silenced by the "Do Not Disturb" feature.
The new caller ID is: (925) 655-0195. The previous caller ID was 000-000-0000, county officials said.
