Concord Cops Hunting Man Who Allegedly Exposed Himself To Girl, 10

The incident was reported this morning on Willow Pass Road as the child walked to school, police said.

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man who reportedly exposed himself to a 10-year-old girl this morning in Concord, police said.

Officers responded around 7:30 a.m. to a report of a suspicious circumstance in the 3000 block of Willow Pass Road, police said. The girl was waking to school when she saw a stranger exposing his genitals to her, according to police.

Police said the girl then crossed the street, but the man followed after her for a short distance. She was able to appeal to an adult for assistance and the man left the area, police said.

Officers searched the area but did not locate the suspect.

Police described the suspect as a Hispanic man, roughly 40 years old, 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, with a thin build, black hair and a beard. He was seen wearing a dark blue sweatshirt with the words “Old Navy” on the front and dark pants, and he reportedly spoke with a Hispanic accent, according to police.
