Contra Costa City Considered For Family-Friendly Indoor Water Park, Resort

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA – The city of Brentwood is being considered for the next location of a popular indoor water park and family resort, city officials announced Friday.

Representatives from Great Wolf Resorts, Inc., which operate Great Wolf Lodge resorts, approached city officials as they began to research the market area.

According to city officials, the Madison, Wisconsin-based company hopes to find a Northern California location to build one of their family friendly resorts.

If selected, Brentwood would join 13 other locations that have a Great Wolf Lodge, including Garden Grove in Southern California.

City officials said no formal negotiations have started.
