CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA -- A man has won $750,000 with a California Lottery Scratchers ticket purchased in Concord recently, lottery officials said Dec. 22. Hipolito Chino won the top prize in the $10 Mystery Crossword Scratchers game with a ticket bought at the 7-Eleven store at 1097 Mohr Lane. Chino said he bought two of the Mystery Crossword Scratchers hitting the top prize on one, and winning $100 on the other. He scored the top prize after successfully matching 10 words. For a limited time, there is a Special Discount Package of 1 All-Day Ride Wristband and 2 admission tickets. Remember, babies under 24 months and Seniors 65 and older are FREE.This Sunday we celebrate our collaboration for food donations through Monument Crisis Center with DOUBLE CAN DAY. A person donating 2 canned goods on Sunday gets $2 off their admission. A family of 4 bringing 8 cans will save a total of $8 off their admission ticket purchase.On Sunday there is a special Family Dance Party&nbsp;from 5-7pm during extended KidFest hours.
