East Bay Man Stabbed During Argument, Now in Critical Condition
BREAKING: Two suspects fled, but were later arrested.

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA -- A man is listed in critical condition after a stabbing on the afternoon of Jan. 2 in Pittsburg, police said. Two suspects have been taken in custody.
Officers said they responded to Loveridge Road near East Leland Road around 12:30 p.m. Jan. 2 on report of a stabbing.
The victim was found with a stab wound in the back and transported to a hospital. Police said he survived, but is listed in critical condition.

The stabbing happened after the victim got into an argument with two suspects in a parking lot at 1270 Loveridge Road.
One of the suspects stabbed him. They fled the scene, but came back to the area later and were arrested. Police said the suspects' names will be released at a later time.
