Fanny-Pack Wearing Bank Robber Sought By Concord Police
Following the robbery Wednesday, the suspect was seen walking on Oak Grove Road toward Ygnacio Valley Road, Concord police said.
CONCORD, CA — A Concord bank was robbed Wednesday and police hope that by releasing surveillance images of the robber, members of the public can help identify the suspect. The robbery was reported at about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Wells Fargo on Oak Grove Road, officials with the Concord Police Department said in a statement.
A man wearing eyeglasses, a dark blue baseball cap, a light blue button-up shirt and a black leather fanny pack walked into the bank and gave the teller a note demanding money, police said.
The bank teller complied and the suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

The bank robber, described as a white man with an olive complexion, was last seen walking on Oak Grove Road toward Ygnacio Valley Road.
The robber was further described as slender, 5 feet 9 inches tall and between 30 and 35 years old.

Concord police are asking anyone who knows the suspect or has any information about the crime to call the PD's tip line at 925-603-5836, ext. 395.
