Meeting On Homelessness On July 28 In City Of Concord

In light of the County health department's new recommendations urging extra precaution for indoor activities, the City has decided to hold this July 28 HED meeting via Zoom only.
Members of the Concord community are invited to participate in the City's Housing and Economic Development (HED) Council Committee meeting on Wednesday, July 28 to share ideas related to issues of homelessness in Concord.

At the June 1 City Council meeting, the HED Committee was tasked with developing a process and approach to define appropriate next steps toward addressing the community’s concerns and priorities related to our unhoused residents.
Members of the community and all interested parties are encouraged to attend the meeting virtually via Zoom to share their thoughts and ideas. The Committee’s recommendations will be considered by the full Council at a future meeting.
If you prefer to submit written comments, please send them to CityClerk@cityofconcord.org and they will be made part of the public record. If you submit them prior to 3 p.m. on July 28, they will be published to the City’s website prior to the meeting. A Spanish language translator will be available.
