Power Restored To Thousands Of Concord Customers
BREAKING: The outage was first reported at 5:56 a.m. Tuesday.

CONCORD, CA — Pacific Gas & Electric is reporting on its outage map that power has been restored to more than 4,388 customers in Concord who were without power Tuesday morning.
The large outage started around 5:56 a.m. and PG&E did not have an estimate of when the power would be restored.
But as of 9 a.m., it appeared no Concord customers were without power.

It was not clear if the outage was related to a rash of outages that began Sunday across the Bay Area, when high temperatures and electric use peaked. Customers across California are being asked to conserve energy Tuesday and Wednesday.
