Retailer Sports Authority is hosting a visit from San Francisco Running Back Frank Gore on Saturday, June 28, at its Concord store as part of the chain's reopening celebration after the store's remodel.
Sports Authority is celebrating reopenings at 18 locations in the Bay Area, including the Concord store at 1235 Concord Ave.
The celebration will begin 8 a.m. with the first 250 customers receiving Mystery Bucks that range up to $500 in value.

There will also be hourly $100 gift card drawings that day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and a chance for customers to win a $500 Sports Authority shopping spree.
Gore's visit will be from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The newly remodeled Sports Authority stores are equipped with an improved store design and specialty sport shops with products from top brands like Nike, Under Armour, Adidas, The North Face and more.
