Nunchucks Possession; Combative Student; Alleged DUIs, Shoplifting: Dixon Police Blotter

DIXON, CA — The Dixon Police Department responded to the following significant incidents Sept. 12-20 within the city, according to daily police activity logs made publicly available.
Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017
- 1:30 a.m. Pedestrian stop in the 100 block of North Adams Street. Robert Brocksen, 36, of Dixon, was arrested for two warrants for failure to appears. He was transported to the Solano County Jail.
- 3:27 a.m. Confidential report in the 1600 block of Marenda Drive.
- 10:52 a.m. Petty theft in the 1300 block of Stratford Avenue.
- 3:54 p.m. Welfare check in the 300 block of Alderglen Drive resulted in the informational report.
- 4:22 p.m. Petty theft in the 2000 block of North 1st Street.
- 5:53 p.m. Missing person reported in the 1300 block of North Lincoln Street. The missing person was located a short time later.

- 9 a.m. Theft reported in the 100 block of Pegord Avenue.
- 10:26 a.m. Suspicious circumstances in the 1000 block of Merryfield Drive.
- 12:12 p.m. Abandoned auto in the North Lincoln Street Watson Ranch Way.
- 1:11 p.m. Juvenile disturbance in the 200 block of North Lincoln Street.
- 3:37 p.m. Stolen bicycle report taken in the 200 block of North 1st Street. After a report had been taken, the responsible party returned the bicycle.
Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017
- 10:35 a.m. Agency assist in the 300 block of East C Street for the Dixon Fire Department regarding a student who was combative with medical staff. Dixon Police Department responded and the juvenile was placed into protective custody and was transported to Crisis.
- 6:10 p.m. Spousal abuse reported 100 block of Heritage Lane. Emergency protective order granted.

- 1:43 a.m. Hit-and-run collision 300 block of West A Street. Toyota Scion vs. parked sedan and parked truck. Driver fled on foot.
- 11:13 a.m. Juvenile disturbance in the 200 block of North Lincoln Street. Report taken.
- 1:02 p.m. Pedestrian stop in the 200 block of North Jefferson Street resulted in the arrest of Ismael Mercado-Estrada, 41, of Dixon for an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. Coincidentally, Mercado was also arrested on suspicion of possession of nunchakus (nunchucks). Mercado was booked at Solano County Jail.

- 2:32 a.m. 911 hang-up resulted in a domestic violence report in the 200 block South 8th Street
- 2:38 a.m. Traffic stop 1400 block of Ary Lane resulted in unlicensed driver cited and released.
- 8:36 a.m. Vehicle vandalism report taken in the 400 block of Ellesmere Drive.
- 11:18 a.m. Vehicle vandalism report taken in the 400 block of Fountain Way.
- 12:20 p.m. Vehicle burglary reported in the 1200 block of Stratford.
- 2:37 p.m. Pedestrian contact in the area of North Almond Street/West H Street resulted in a juvenile being taken into protective custody.
Sunday, Sept. 17, 2017
- 9:53 a.m. Traffic stop in the area of North 1st Street/East H Street resulted in the arrest of Joshua Knoch Ahlert, 43, of Dixon for an outstanding misdemeanor traffic warrant out of San Luis Obispo. Ahlert was cited and released from the scene.
- 10:18 a.m. Felony battery in the 300 block of North 1st Street resulted in the arrest of Mason Allen John, 19, of Dixon. John was arrested and transported to Solano County Jail for alleged petty theft, felony battery and probation violation.
- 9:37 p.m. Traffic stop at North Adams Street and West H Street resulted in the arrest of Tianna Leigh Sickler, 30, out of Vacaville for alleged DUI. She was cited and released to a friend.
Monday, Sept. 18, 2017
- 8:05 p.m. Traffic stop at North Jackson Street and West A Street. The driver was issued a citation for driving a vehicle with expired registration, and for smoking with a baby in the vehicle. The vehicle was towed.
- 8:56 p.m. Traffic stop at West C Street and North Adams Street resulted in the arrest of Anthony Glen Famiglietti, 51, of Dixon on suspicion of DUI and driving with a suspended license. Famiglietti was transported to the Solano County Jail for the alleged crimes.

- 7:57 a.m. Fraud reported in the 100 block of North Jackson Street
- 10:32 a.m. Fraud reported in the 1300 block of Stratford Avenue
- 10:45 a.m. Suspicious vehicle in the area of West H Street/North Almond Street. A 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 was towed for expired registration.
- 12:40 p.m. Follow-up investigation in the 300 block of Calmace Drive. Subject resembling a Ramey warrant subject was detained and later released per 849 PC when he was identified as another person.
- 2:41 p.m. Suspicious circumstance in the 400 block of East H St. Subject running through yards was contacted in the area of Doyle Drive/East H Street and detained.
- 5:25 p.m. Agency assist in the 100 block of Pegord Way. Found iPad recovered and booked for safekeeping.
- 5:50 p.m. Burglary reported in the 1200 block of Stratford Avenue.
- 7:18 p.m. Burglary reported in the 1000 block of North 1st Street.
- 9 p.m. Found property in the 400 block of West Chestnut Street.

- 1:34 a.m. Pedestrian stop 1100 block of North Lincoln Street/Stratford Avenue resulted in probation search and report taken.
- 6:32 a.m. Auto burglary report taken in the 700 block of Kingston.
- 7:17 a.m. Vandalism report taken in the 300 block of Morgan Lane.
- 11:32 a.m. Citizen assist in the 600 block of South 1st Street with report taken.
- 12:49 p.m. Intoxicated person in the 800 block of North Adams Street resulted in subject being transported to a hospital for medical reasons.
- 1:03 p.m. Petty theft in the 200 block of East Dorset Drive that resulted in the arrest and cite and release of Sierra Schlup, 20, of Dixon for alleged shoplifting.
- 4:05 p.m. Petty theft in the 200 block of East Dorset Drive that resulted in the arrest and cite and release of Becky Nguyen, 43, of Dixon for alleged shoplifting.
- 4:07 p.m. Disturbance in the 500 block of Stern Drive, resulted in the arrest of Adrianna Lizarrage, 28, of Dixon. Lizarrage was booked into the Solano County Jail for an outstanding warrant for her arrest, alleged probation violation and violation of a court order.
