Fatal Vallejo Shooting Victim Dropped Off At Ambulance Office: Police
BREAKING: Vallejo police are investigating the man's death as a murder.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA — A homicide investigation was under way Thursday in Vallejo after a man was found suffering from fatal gunshot wounds in front of a private business, Vallejo police said. At 1:12 p.m., prior to the victim being found in front of the Medic Ambulance building at 506 Couch Street, police had received reports of a shooting in the 100 block of Westwood Street, Vallejo police Lt. Michael Nichelini said.
Officers who responded to Westwood Street did not locate any suspects; however, a crime scene investigation was initiated when evidence of a shooting was found, police said.
Nichelini said it appeared someone drove the victim to the ambulance service's office instead of a hospital.
