The Shops At Todos Santos Getting Facelift
As part of the renovations, new restaurants are coming to downtown Concord.

From The Shops At Todos Santos: Dating back to the founding of the town of Todos Santos in 1868 and the dedication of “Todos Santos Plaza” by Salvio Pacheco in 1969, Todos Santos Plaza has always been the focus of Concord’s entertainment and business district. As part of the broader revitalization of downtown Concord currently taking place, The Shops at Todos Santos, a property extending from the corner of Salvio Street and Mt. Diablo Street to the corner of Galindo Street and Willow Pass Road, is undergoing exciting renovations.
The owner of The Shops at Todos Santos has commenced construction on the first phase of its investment in downtown Concord. The building, façade and exterior enhancements will reenergize pedestrian connectivity and ensure the continuation of the rich historical tradition of Todos Santos Plaza as the vibrant community gathering place and home of Concord’s premier retailers, businesses and events.
Conveniently located across from the recently updated Brenden Concord 14 theater, the Shops at Todos Santos plans to welcome several new restaurants by Winter 2018/2019, including:
