The injured teen was flown to a trauma center based on the severity of his injuries, police said.
CONCORD, CA — A teenager was stabbed Thursday afternoon in Concord and was airlifted to a hospital with a trauma center based on the severity his injuries, police said. The stabbing was reported just before 2 p.m. Thursday at an apartment in the 1400 block of Bel Air Drive, Concord police Cpl. Summer Galer said in a news release.
"Investigators learned that three male teenagers, two of which are brothers, were playing video games inside an apartment," Galer said. "For reasons that are unknown at this time, one of the brothers produced a knife and stabbed the visiting friend several times."
Galer said the stabbing suspect left the apartment — off Clayton Road and Treat Boulevard — but soon after, called Concord Police Department to turn himself in.
