The Rotary Club of Concord Serves Lunch to Seniors

News from Meals On Wheels and Senior Outreach Services:

A lively group of Concord Rotarians recently served lunch at the Concord C. C. Café, and more than 100 guests enjoyed a delicious meal and a game of BINGO!   

Rotary member David Litty says "We enjoy getting out into the community and giving back. We have painted maps at elementary schools, volunteered at blood drives, and delivered dictionaries to impoverished schools."

"Our Community Service Committee has always been dedicated to the aging population in Contra Costa County," Litty said, "and will continue to donate its time to organizations like Meals on Wheels and Senior Outreach Services."
