barleymash Presents Lagunitas Brewing Company Beer Dinner

Join barleymash in the Gaslamp on Tuesday, February 24 for a night of craft beer from Lagunitas Brewing Company and inventive fare from 7 to 10 p.m. For $50 a person, enjoy creative cuisine from Executive Chef Kevin Templeton’s carefully planned six course menu in ginger’s intimate underground setting.

Begin the night with a trio of fresh ceviches, a baby green and radicchio salad dressed with a Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ citrus vinaigrette, and sausage stuffed pretzels with a white beer sauce and honey pils mustard.

Next, dine on Chef Kevin’s mango and chili glazed pork belly with agave corn bread before moving onto the Triple Threat Meat Loaf, a combination of pork shoulder, beef brisket and turkey that is wrapped in bacon and served with a Hop Stoopid BBQ Sauce and a potato-bacon cake.

Each of these courses is perfectly paired with brews from Lagunitas like the DayTime, Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’, Pils, IPA and Hop Stoopid. End the evening’s beer dinner on a sweet note featuring Lagunitas’ Brown Shugga’ served alongside a Sin-a-bon—a fresh baked cinnamon roll with a brown butter cream cheese and chocolate hazelnut sauce.
