Broadstone Coronado on the Bay Mini Fitness Expo

Broadstone Coronado on the Bay, Coronado’s recently re-branded and revamped rental community, will hold a Mini Fitness Expo from 11a.m. – 1p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28. The Mini Fitness Expo is free for the public and guests can come to the community to receive complimentary fitness tips and nutrition information from The Lab training, experience a barre workout class along the bay led by The Dailey Method San Diego, get a free mini-massage from Broadstone’s on staff masseuses and enjoy healthy snacks and drinks provided by Broadstone Coronado on the Bay.

The Dailey Method San Diego barre class will kick off the expo at 11:00am with an outdoor class along the water at Broadstone Coronado on the Bay. Starting at noon, The Lab training will be giving out healthy tips to participants . Massages will be provided during the whole expo, as well as the opportunity for guests to check out the redesigned community, take a private tour or just enjoy the expansive new clubhouse.
