The Keys Creek Lavender Farm only blooms once a year for a few weeks and you can enjoy this wonderful opportunity at our restorative retreat. Relax and have all your senses be filled with the enrichments that lavender has to offer! Let your mind, body, and spirit be transformed for the day.
We will support your body with relaxing and restorative yoga postures, balance your nervous system and emotions with aromatherapy and Aroma Acupoint healing treatment and offer techniques for aromatherapy self-care. All yoga levels welcome.

Scheduled activities, lunch and refreshments, salt -water pool, walking trails, crystal meditation labyrinth walk, onsite parking. Carpool from Coronado and Point Loma available for $15 fee.
Our program:
9:15 a.m. Welcome
9:30:a.m. Tour of the farm.
10:05 a.m. Gentle Morning Yoga or Relaxing Aromatherapy Treatment (Choice of either session)
11:30 a.m. Crystal Labyrinth Meditation Walk.
12:00 p.m. Lunch (provided). Personal Time*
2:00 p.m. Aromatherapy lecture and workshop
3:15 p.m. Restoration Yoga/ Relaxing Aromatherapy Treatment (Choice of either session)
4:15 p.m. Lavender tea and giveaways
* Options for personal time: salt-water pool, walking the grounds, lavender farm gift shopping. NOTE: Chair is provided if needed for yoga.
About Keys Creek Lavender Farm
The lavender farm is nestled in a beautiful, serene valley in Northern San Diego County. More than a dozen of varieties of lavender grow on half acres of land. USDA certifies the farm as organic.
