Therapeutic Yoga- -Outside $8

This class is held through Sharp Coronado Hospital located at 250 Prospect Place. Students will recieve a gentle therapeutic Hatha yoga practice to increase flexibility, strength, body position awareness, balance and mindfulness.

All levels are welcome, great for newbies, beginners and intermediate levels.

Instructor will help students adjust to personal levels. This is a 50-minute class. A yoga mat is needed and a light cover-up is recommended. Bathrooms are available.

NOTE: Class is held on the backside of the hospital on the corner of Second and Soledad Streets under the tree.

Parking is available on Soledad or Second Steets. No meters. Free parking.

Registration is required by calling 1-800-82SHARP to get on the roster for any classes. No registration or exchange of money will be taken at class sessions.
