• One-Lane & Shoulder Closure on WB I80 Carquinez Bridge in Vallejo and Crockett July 23, 2026 (ca.gov) — Drivers in Crockett should prepare for a one-lane and shoulder closure on westbound I-80 over the Carquinez (Alfred Zampa) Bridge from Friday evening, August 7, to Saturday evening, August 8. Caltrans says this work readies the bridge for an upcoming 53-hour full deck-closure weekend, so expect delays and watch for crews while the pedestrian and bike path remain open.
