Kudos goes to their Cuban Shepherd's Pie, with picadillo, Yukon, Parmesan, plantain crumble and topped with a fried poached egg. Mash it up for a nice medley of flavors.
Who can resist lobster? Certainly not me. Their Lobster Benedict, showcases butter poached Maine lobster, a cheddar chive biscuit, poached egg, and lathered with béarnaise and caviar. I was tempted to hoard this one for myself, but the mantra dictated, “sharing,” so I showed some restraint.
Sweet lovers will rejoice with their French Toast, featuring Hawaiian bread pudding, seasonal nuts, fruit compotes, whipped cream and warm maple syrup.
Top it all off with bottomless mimosas and you’re set for a day of debauchery.
