"Carbon Nation" film & Community Forum on Climate Change at St. Jude's

Nov. 20: 7:15 pm, the Social Justice Outreach Committee of St. Jude’s is hosting a showing of the film “Carbon Nation” in the Parish Hall. This documentary by Peter Byck presents a hopeful narrative about individuals who have found creative ways to approach the problem of climate change. The film will be followed by a discussion. Maribel Andonain presents: Climate Change - Justice For All, not Injustice For Some. Climate change is, arguably, one of the most important issues facing humanity today. Our actions in pursuit of progress have contributed to the climate chaos we are experiencing today. Carbon pollution has a long lifespan; its impact will be felt for generations. It respects no geographical borders. Community Forums are held in the Parish Hall of St. Jude’s, Cupertino on Sunday mornings from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Child care is available in Room 4 during the forum.
