In May we reported several instances of . They were mostly behind businesses and they were mostly tags.
So, Alamo doesn't appear to have a graffiti problem but we called the Contra County Sheriff's station in Alamo to discuss it anyway. We got Sgt. Mullnix. She said she wasn't aware of any. Adding that she handles 90 percent of the reports that come from Alamo residents and graffiti hasn't been reported in quite awhile.
Well, there was, at least, some graffiti in Alamo. We had picture thanks to vigilant reader David Lehman.

Lehman recently contacted Danville Patch again and told us that some of the graffiti had been cleaned up. The Ace Hardware, along Danville Boulevard, had removed the tags behind its building.
"It looks better now with no graffiti," Lehman told Danville Patch.
