Arrest Made in Connection with Blackhawk Homicide
Breaking: Investigators have identified the victim and named a person close to her as the suspect.

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA — Sheriff’s investigators have arrested a 69-year-old man in connection with the death of a Blackhawk woman Sunday afternoon, sheriff’s officials said.
According to a statement released by officials, Linda Marie Tercheria was killed during a suspected domestic violence incident at her home in the 4300 block of Quail Run Lane in Blackhawk Sunday afternoon. Deputies who arrived at the home found her dead.
Her husband, John Tercheria, was arrested this morning and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility on suspicion of murder. No other details about the case were available.
