Tri-Valley Burglary Suspects Caught On Camera, Sheriff's Office Says

Three golf-course homes were hit earlier this month, bringing the total of Blackhawk burglaries to eight since May, officials said.

DANVILLE, CA – The Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office is investigating three burglaries that occurred last week in the Blackhawk community.

The burglaries occurred Aug. 4 at homes in the 4400 block of Deer Ridge Road, the 4500 block of Kingswood Drive and on Deer Creek Lane, according to the sheriff's office.

All of the homes that were burglarized were along the golf course, and the homeowners were not home at the time of the burglaries, deputies said.

There have been eight burglaries in the Blackhawk community since May.

In each case, it appears the suspects made entry into the home through the rear of the residence, according to detectives. All of the homes that were burglarized are on the golf course.

The agency reminds residents to lock their doors and windows, use alarm systems if they have one, and to report any suspicious people to law enforcement.
