6 Suspects Arrested, 5 Stolen Cars Recovered, Livermore Police Say
The arrests come just weeks after four suspects were arrested and two stolen cars were recovered in connected to a rash of burglaries.

LIVERMORE, CA — Six people were arrested last week in connection with the recovery of five stolen cars, Livermore police officials said. Some of the suspects were from Livermore, while others were from Alameda and Contra Costa counties.
“All of these arrests were possible due to the hard work and teamwork provided by all LPD employees, but most importantly due to the vigilance of our residents who do not hesitate to report suspicious activities,” police said via social media.
The arrests come just weeks after four suspects were arrested and two stolen cars were recovered in connected to a rash of car burglaries and vandalism reported in Livermore and Brentwood in July. Police said the suspects were looking for valuables and car keys inside the 36 vehicles damaged during that spree.

Police are asking residents to avoid leaving valuables, including keys, inside their unattended cars. They ask residents to always lock their cars and never leave valuable items in plain sight. Police remind the community to report any suspicious activity to the police department.
