The Blackhawk Plaza: A Local Treasure!

Really! When was the last time you were there? I hope this serves as a “friendly reminder” of what this little corner of our town has to offer.

Many of us can even walk there, and once you arrive, the choices are many! Where else can you... start with a cup of coffee, go exercise, window shop, shop, go into a real bookstore, get a massage, hair cut, or your nails done.  Enjoy feeding the ducks, sit on a bench and read a book, or watch the: black and white swans, koi fish, ducks, assorted birds, and sometimes even a great blue heron! You can catch a movie or go to a museum filled with very cool cars, and then have a wonderful meal-outside! You can relax by one of the waterfalls while your kids get their “jigglies” out at the kids play area. All this and MORE ...much more, in a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere of waterfalls, birds and nature.

Whenever I have company visiting, this is where I take them. It's always a hit-no matter what the age of the visitors. I encourage you to take a look! I think you'll be pleasantly surprised...and supporting our local retailers is always a good thing.
