Led by Caramia and Roberta, this special workshop will guide you through seven restorative Yin Yoga postures, each connected to one of the body’s seven chakras. As you settle into each pose, Roberta will create an accompanying sound bath using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes selected to complement each energy center.
The combination of long-held, restorative postures and layered sound creates a soothing, meditative experience designed to calm the mind, settle the nervous system, and create space for greater ease and clarity.
