Coronavirus In Danville: 19 Local Cases Confirmed
Contra Costa Health Services is now sharing information about the city-level data about coronavirus patients.
DANVILLE, CA — There have been 19 confirmed cases of people sickened by the new coronavirus in Danville, or 44 cases per 100,000 residents, and 13 confirmed cases in Alamo, or 88 cases per 100,000 residents.
There have been 23 cases in San Ramon, or 31 cases per 100,000 residents, and 27 cases in Walnut Creek, or 41 cases per 100,000 residents, according to the county.
On April 6 Contra Costa Health Service began releasing city-level data for patients in Contra Costa County. Previously the county only shared the number of patients countywide.

The new information comes as Contra Costa County continues to build out its coronavirus dashboard, which displays the number of new COVID-19 cases, the total number of cases, the number of deaths related to the virus, the number of patients hospitalized and the total number of tests administered.
