Danville FEMA Disaster Recovery Center Extended

Center opened February 15 to assist individuals and businesses with services.

The Disaster Recovery Center located at 510 La Gonda Way in Danville will now be open through Thursday, March 16. The center is operated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in coordination with the State of California Office of Emergency Services and the Contra Costa County Office of Emergency Services.

The Center will assist Contra Costa County residents to connect directly with recovery resources for property damage resulting from the December 31, 2022 to January 30, 2023 storms. Other resources through the California Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) and the Small Business Administration (SBA) will also be available.

For those who have experienced personal property damage, please contact your insurance company first to determine available resources. FEMA provides assistance to applicants for uninsured or underinsured disaster-caused expenses and serious needs.

The Disaster Recovery Center is located at 510 La Gonda Way in Danville (in the former Town Offices), and will operate through March 16 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily (except Sunday, March 5 and 12).
