DANVILLE, CA — Don’t mess with this little guy! Danville resident Vivian Wing submitted this adorable photo of her Chihuahua mix Kale the Cowdog. Kale was one of many Danville dogs who dressed up this year for the town’s first ever Howl-o-Ween pet costume parade and contest.
