Living Near a Park

I posed the question to you, the Patch reader: what do you look for in a home?  What do you love about your house? I’ve had some great responses.

One gentleman said his favorite thing about the home he grew up in was that it was just down the street from a wonderful park. He remembers his childhood home as a wonderful place with an extended back yard that included the city-maintained play structure and tennis courts.

The pubic park can be a great joy for all ages: from the infant in the stroller, to the toddler in the water feature, to the kids on the swings, to the teens on the basketball court, to the adults on the tennis courts. Here are a few options with great park locations:

Alamo
