Tri-Valley Homes Are Getting Cheaper, Except Danville And Alamo

All of Tri-Valley but Danville and Alamo saw home price declines, while all of the area but Livermore and San Ramon saw sales decline.

DANVILLE, CA — In 2019 Tri-Valley saw more homes on the market for less money, but fewer sales overall compared to 2018, the Bay East Association of Realtors reported.

Prices decreased in the region by about three percent, except for Alamo and Danville, the association reported.

Prices dropped due to an increase in housing supply coupled with years of price appreciation, the association reported.

An additional 900 homes were for sale last year, but fewer homes were sold in all of the Tri-Valley — except for Livermore and San Ramon.
