Triple Digits Predicted In Danville For Scorching Labor Day Weekend
The next week in Danville will see several days at or above 100 degrees. An Excessive Heat Watch has been issued throughout the Bay Area.
DANVILLE, CA — Labor Day may mean the end of summer, but it won’t mean the end of summer temperatures this year by a long shot.
A ferocious heat wave is expected to bring triple-digit temperatures as high as 106 to Danville and much of the inland Bay Area over the weekend. Even San Francisco can expect temperatures in the upper 70s throughout the weekend.
The National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Watch for the entire Bay Area and Central Coast from Saturday morning until Tuesday evening, though temperatures will crank up steadily starting Thursday.
