Village Theatre To Host Mayor's Installation & Service Awards
The public is invited to view the swearing in of new officials and the presentation of community service awards.
DANVILLE, CA — The Danville community is invited to join the 42nd Annual Mayor’s Installation and Community Service Awards at the Village Theatre on Tuesday, Dec. 5.
The ceremony will feature the selection of next year’s mayor and vice mayor, and honors for individuals and organizations who have positively contributed to the town.
The ceremony will also feature commendations for outgoing commissioners, community service awards, awards of merit, and the presentation of the Danville Award.

Seating begins at 5:30 p.m., and the ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. A reception at the Village Theatre Art Gallery will follow.
The event is free and open to the public, and will be broadcast at danville.ca.gov and on Comcast channel 26 and UVerse Channel 99.
