Fairfield-Suisun Adult School is now registering for all classes. New daytime computer classes fulfill the needs of individuals building employment skills as well as individuals who would like to use computer software programs for personal enjoyment. Course offerings include Introduction to Computers, Microsoft Office Suite 2007 to include Microsoft Word I and II, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Publisher. Prepare for the Citizenship Exam
Class meets Monday evenings beginning January 30, 2012

This class is offered to those interested in becoming citizens. Students will learn about citizenship requirements, study American history and government, complete an application, and prepare for the oral interview. Classes are taught in English. Students must be Level 2/3 or above and able to complete registration form without assistance to enroll in the class. Register now at the Fairfield-Suisun Adult School, 900 Travis Blvd., Fairfield. Evening Classes - Computer Skills

Registration is in progress for the evening computer skills classes at Fairfield-Suisun Adult School, 900 Travis Blvd., Fairfield. Featured classes include Computer Concepts, Keyboarding, Microsoft Word 2007, Microsoft Excel 2007, Photoshop Elements, Video Production, and Microsoft PowerPoint 2007. Whether you need skills for today’s employment requirements or would like to learn a software program for your personal use, there is a computer class designed for your needs. These classes are short-term, 4-5 weeks, from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. for one or two evenings a week. Each computer class is taught by an experienced teacher who helps students become confident and comfortable using the software program.
