Bear Family Beach Day: Mama Bear, Cubs Take a Dip in Calif. Lake

"I can't believe this! They are SO cute! Awwwww!" She took the words right out of our mouth.

Pallas Buckley shared cellphone video this week of two bear cubs and what appears to be their mother taking a dip at Pope Beach on the southern shoreline of Lake Tahoe. She sent the footage to Sacramento-area television station KCRA which first published the video Tuesday, and it's now gone viral with millions of views.

In the clip, two cubs can be seen wrestling in the shallow waters, splashing and playing as if they don't have a care in the world. Though mom has to play referee at times, she seems to be enjoying the cool-off just as much. None of the three appear to mind the curious humans looking on.

"This is amazing that they just came down in the middle of the day, with all these people, and decided to go for a swim," a woman, believed to be Buckley, is heard saying.

Mother nature certainly is amazing.
