Pavement Improvement Work Week of 10/4/21

On Friday, Oct. 8, the Covell Blvd and Hwy 113 North off and on ramps will be CLOSED during the day  (7 a.m. – 5 p.m.). Vehicles will be detoured to the County Road 29 and Hwy 113 on and off ramps.

Pole Line Rd (from E. Eighth St to Loyola Dr) work continues with this week. The City is reminding the community that there will be a ROAD CLOSURE there this Saturday, Oct. 9. Vehicles may use L Street to travel from E. Eighth Street to Covell Blvd. Residents in the neighborhood to the west of Pole Line Road may use Chestnut Lane to access homes. Also, the bollards on the south end of Snyder Drive will be removed on Saturday so that residents have access to homes from Haussler Drive.  Residents to the east of Pole Line Road will access their neighborhood from Covell Blvd or E. Eighth Street.

This week is scheduled to be the last week of striping downtown with red curbs and parking stalls being painted on F, G, J, and 2nd Streets.
