We need your help! Did you take the short 14th Street Road Test survey last week on Thursday and Friday?

Due to a data loss, if you completed the survey on those days, please help us by taking the survey again. The survey takes about 3 minutes to complete and has 6 questions and a place for comments. This is also an opportunity to take the survey if you didn’t have the chance last week.
