City Of Davis: Covell Pavement Improvement Work Starts

It’s time for the annual pavement improvement project and work is currently scheduled for Covell Blvd. from F Street to 113.

Potholing and adjustment of maintenance holes and valve covers will start Wed., 9/29. Please watch for flaggers.
During the week of Oct. 4, grinding the old pavement out will begin. This will result in lane closures, temporary intersection closures along Covell and traffic delays. Please plan ahead to allow additional time if your route includes Covell.

The multi-step paving process will start the week of Oct. 11. The project is scheduled to end at the beginning of November after striping is complete.
