City Of Davis: Covell Traffic Flow Update 10.14.21

In an effort to improve traffic control on Covell Blvd during paving, the contractor will only work on one intersection at a time. Rolling lane closures continue as planned. We understand that construction on a major thoroughfare impacts the public greatly, and we thank you for your patience as this improvement project is completed.

If you need to travel east/west in town, it is advised to use Alvarado Ave, Villanova Dr/14th St, 8th Street or Russell Blvd to avoid delays. If you need to go on Covell (between 113 and F St), please plan for wait times.

Work on Covell will impact entrance to the Marketplace mall at Sycamore Ln. Use Alvarado Ave (from Anderson Rd or Catalina Ave) to access the mall. 

There will be short closures of the 113 North on and off ramps to complete work on Friday (Oct. 15) and Monday (Oct. 18) and Tuesday (Oct. 19).
