City Of Davis: Senior Center Offers Four-Part Fitness Series

Put a little spring in your step! Healthy feet are important for feeling good and staying active, so logically it is necessary to take care of them. Beyond basic foot hygiene, stretching and strengthening our feet is important when it comes to avoiding pain, injury and falls. Most foot exercises are simple and require no complicated equipment. They can be done as part of a regular exercise routine or creating a new exercise program just in time for spring.

Join Debbie Eernisse, aka FitDeb, for a 30-minute Zoom focusing on feet, March 17, 4:30 p.m. The workshop will be recorded and available to those who register in advance. This four-part series running March through June will also cover exercises for the shoulders, neck, glutes and pelvis. $16.
