Climate Adaptation And Action November 10 Workshop - Proposed Draft Actions Available For Community Review For Davis Residents

The City of Davis 2020-2040 Climate Action and Adaptation Plan (CAAP) process has identified and prioritized 29 recommended draft actions to include in the plan, toward the City’s goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2040 and combating climate change.

Community members are invited to participate in a community workshop on Nov. 10 at 5 p.m. on Zoom to weigh in on the prioritized actions. For the Zoom link, past workshops and articles about the CAAP Process, visit cityofdavis.org and click on “CAAP” in the Spotlight section.
A CAAP companion community forum website at has been created so that the public can learn more about the prioritized draft actions and can provide feedback and opinions there as well. Workshop attendees are encouraged to visit the companion website before the Nov. 10 workshop to see a full list of draft actions that will be discussed at the workshop.
