DAVIS, CA -- The City of Davis says that all fields and parks will be closed the next few days due to wet field conditions and/or the forecast of inclement conditions. Regardless if a sign is posted, all fields are still closed, the city says. There is one exception, however: Playfields Synthetic Soccer field is expected to remain open, according to the city. Signs are posted at the parks. If there is a sign posted and someone is using the park, the city asks witnesses to call the Davis Police Department non-emergency line at (530) 747-5400 to report the use.
