From Davis PD: Robbery Suspect Sought

The Davis Police Department released a video surveillance photo hoping the public can help identify a suspect in an armed robbery attempt.

The subject on Wednesday at 2:39 a.m. entered the Circle K Store at 1930 Lake Boulevard and attempted to rob the cashier using a handgun, police said. The man fled after the clerk was unable to open the register, and was last seen running south on Lake.

He was described as a black adult with a mustache, approximately 21 years old, 5 feet 5 inches and 130 pounds. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black jeans and red tennis shoes.
