Davis Sunrise Rotary Upcoming Oktoberfest

Buy your tickets now for the Davis Sunrise Rotary Club Oktoberfest on Saturday, Sept. 26, and enjoy an evening of fun with polka music and dancing, traditional German food and a no-host beer garden.

The morning Rotary club’s annual fundraiser for community nonprofits and projects will take place 5-9 p.m. under the Farmers Market Pavilion in Davis Central Park. Food will be served 6-8 p.m.

The Grand Isle Fire Brigade will be back by popular demand to provide strolling polka music and participatory fun.

The entrance cost is $15 in advance, or $20 at the door at the event on Sept. 26, and includes one complimentary alcoholic drink. To buy tickets, contact a Sunrise Rotary member or go to http://2015-sunriserotary-oktoberfest.eventbrite.com and order online.

At the event, people can buy a traditional German sausage dinner for $10. Dessert and beverages will also be available for purchase.

The event, sponsored by local Davis businesses, will feature local beer, craft cider and wine. Also as part of the evening fundraiser, celebrants can participate in our raffle for terrific prizes. The prizes are for community services and goods from Davis merchants.
