DJUSD: Return To Campus - Family Survey - Deadline November 8

DJUSD is currently implementing Phase 2 of our Return to Campus Plan, bringing students with the most urgent needs back to campus. In preparation for our next steps, we want to hear from our staff and families about what is important to you now and for the rest of this school year.

We realize that changing conditions affect how you may or may not be contemplating a return to campus and in-person learning for your child(ren). Please take a moment to take the DJUSD Return to Campus Family Survey and share your thoughts about what is important to your family. Your individual responses will be kept completely confidential. The deadline to complete the survey is 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 8.
