Today, in order to continue efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our community and pursuant to the “Stay at Home” orders issued by Governor Newsom and by Yolo County, Superintendent Bowes is announcing that Davis Joint Unified School District schools will remain closed through May 1. This decision has been made after close consultation and coordination with Yolo County Public Health, Yolo County Office of Education and other Superintendents from Yolo County school districts.
