Child Abuse Prevention Fun Run

Our 2nd annual Child Abuse Prevention Fun Run is a fundraising event that encourages and promotes family strengthening activities and family and children's health. The Child Abuse Prevention Fun Run is held each year in April in honor of Child Abuse Prevention month. Funds raised at this event go to support the programs of YCCA including for our child abuse prevention programs Baby Steps. Baby Steps is a countywide educational and awareness campaign that provides parents, family members, and caregivers with resources for making safe decisions for their new baby. Informational programs, workshops, and presentations are offered.
