Missing Former UC Davis Student Located: Police
BREAKING: The 23-year-old was "disoriented and incoherent" the last time anyone heard from her, police say.

DAVIS, CA -- UPDATE: An at-risk missing woman sought by UC Davis police was located Thursday evening and is safe, police said via Twitter. Information about the circumstances surrounding her disappearance or where she was found was not immediately disclosed.
ORIGINAL POST: Police at UC Davis and the City of Davis Police Department asked the public to be on the lookout Thursday for a missing at-risk woman. According to police, 23-year-old former UC Davis student Shayanna Samowski was last seen at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Memorial Union.
UC Davis police also say Samowski spoke on the phone with her ex-boyfriend at 2 a.m. Wednesday, telling him she was at a fountain somewhere before her phone died.

"During the call she was disoriented and incoherent but was able to say she was at a fountain on the UCD campus," according to an alert sent Thursday afternoon by the City of Davis Police Department.
Samowski, a native of Half Moon Bay, is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Police are not aware of her having access to any vehicles.
